Digital Evidence

I got lucky seeing how we're doing the blog posts today because recently I've been doing improvised work outs at home. After reading and skipping through some randomly knowledge of exercising the biggest problem I found was starting out. It's hard to start out because you're doing something that's out of the ordinary for you, but once you've successfully passed that point it becomes part of your daily routine. In the past I've tried to do exercising and workouts, but they all ended with complete failures. So here's how my past weekend was. Back in Thursday as I was falling asleep I was thinking on how to rid of my bad habits and be physically fit at the same time. As I drowned in my slumber I came up some type of punishment game for myself.

The games works to fit my level of fitness and this is how it goes. For every bad mouthed thing I said I decided to punish myself with one pushup. Then with every bad action I do I punish myself with 5 pushups. At the end of the day I get a certain amount of pushups. If I was perfect for the whole day (which hasn't happened yet) or have less than 5 punishups (What I call punish/pushups) I deserve myself by adding 10 pushups. On the first/trial day (Friday) I ended up doing 21 pushups. I'm a bad person :c. It seemed fun (not really) so I decided to keep going. On Saturday my family drove to Portland, Oregon so there wasn't that many things I've done which ended up me doing 9 pushups. The following day was Sunday. We decided to drive around the city for a few hours and went home and on Sunday I ended up doing 21 pushups again even though I did do some good deeds('_'). While I was in Portland the hotel I was staying had a pool and gym. My brother and I decided to stop by and do some of the weights that were there. I ended up 20's and to this day that I'm writing my arms still hurt a little. Total sleep time for the weekend: 16 hours. 6 hours of it is from night time and 10 hours is from the road trip. I'm sleep deprived (lol).

With this new system implemented into my life style I have an opportunity to be a fit even if only a little .
