During PE this year, how have you shown you are prepared and willing to participate
in a variety of activities?
I have tried the best of my ability to work hard during class.
On what days have you participated to your best effort and
why?
I try to do my best everyday. Although sometimes I felt sick like that one time and didn't participate at all due to sickness. I try to participate everyday because I want to prove to myself that if I do something right and work hard at it I can be good at it rather than sitting lazing around all day with people trying to pep talk me to work harder and how I have more potential.
What days have been a struggle for you and why?
Sometimes I struggle with the fitness activities (like continous pushups) for the reason that I lack alot of stamina and that I don't have very much muscle.
How do you contribute to the overall success of the class?
I try to do what I do the best and when my friend doesn't really participate I try to get them to go along sometimes.
What kind of attitude do you bring and why?
I try to bring a serious attitude, but when I'm around friends I usually have fun instead.
How do you interact with other students in our class?
I talk to my classmates that I don't know well sometimes when I don't know something or need some help, but most of the times I talk with my friends if they're around.
Describe your participation during fitness days - have you been able to push yourself
physically?
Physically I push myself to the point where I see that I'm sweating and that I'm red minimumally and I go on the runs trying to build up my stamine.
What types of fitness activities do you enjoy the most?
I guess fitness wise I like going to the weight room because there's alot of options to choose from rather than a chosen workout or run.
What fitness goals do you have for the rest of the year?
Gain more muscle and build more stamina.
What does "leadership" mean to you? Who are the best leaders in our class - why?
The ability to confidently guide your surrounding peers to the right area and making sure they're doing what they do properly. To be honest I don't see anyone doing that other than our TA's which isn't necessarily a bad thing because the class is out having fun doing the exercises properly.
What improvements would you like to make in PE by the end of the year?
I would've liked to engage in physical sports more in places other than choice. Soccer, basketball, handball, and dodgeball. Although in some areas are class might have some power players which may take up some time for other people who too wanted to play.
What are you the most proud of so far?
That I've been able to work hard so far and that I can work hard more for the rest of the year and so forth.
Finally, what letter grade A, B, C+, C, C- (gulp) best represents the effort you just described?
I would say 81% or a B because sometimes I know I can do better, but end up not doing it because I was too exausted. Also I could've led the other students at occasional points, but ended up not doing it and I've brought my gym strip everysingle day so far.
