Over the year I've slowly built up my body physically and made myself mentally better. I don't have much evidence to back up my word, but I do have enough to show. Last summer I did nothing, but stay inside, watch anime, play video games, and sleep. During the course of the year I've learned how to be fit, stay fit, and keep a pace. I learned the confidence to work out and be more active.

Coincidently at the start of the year my parents set a goal for our family. Our family was supposed to be more active and learn to keep fit. At the beginning of the year I've had no exercise or workout plans. Although after what we've learned during the year, wether it be leadership, pace, initiative, or mentalty, my ways of looking at them have changed. Slowly I've been starting to hang out with friends more and go outside rather than stay inside and just call.

Building up my confidence and sometimes taking the role of a leader, like at one time, we had equipment and we were supposed to setup our own games. I took the role that everyone was too scared to play and just took initiative. What started as a 4v4 turned to a 12v12. One large game of ultimate.

Also I've started to get into the habit of working out. I'm not used to doing them yet and I've skipped some work out days, but I've been getting used to it slowly.

I think I should get atleast a B, but I hope I get an A+

  1. Christian you have loads to offer and have been a great part of our class this year. I encourage you to keep your blog going as a way to increase your own reflective capacity. It will help you set goals, track them, and hold yourself to account when you slack off. I am confused by you final statement? You "hope" to get and A+? You are grading yourself... so if you think you got a B, then your got a B. There is no hoping... only your own effort and honest evaluation. So next year, if you desire a better result (though hopefully being healthy and kind is worth more than a random letter on a piece of paper) ... you need to find a way to prove it to yourself. Make your blog an undeniable example of your awesomeness. :) Have a great summer.
